Abstract[English]
A catalyst-coated membrane-seal assembly comprises an ion-conducting membrane with a central region, which has a first catalyst layer on a first side and a second catalyst layer on the second side, and a border region which has a first seal material layer on the first side and a second seal material layer on the second side. The edge of the first seal material layer facing the central region is bevelled such that a side of the first seal material layer extends further towards the central region than the opposite side of the first seal material layer.[French]
