Abstract[English] A process is provided for manufacturing iridium oxide (IrOx) materials. The process comprises the steps of: (i) forming an aqueous mixture comprising a metal iridium oxide and an acid, the metal being selected from Ba, Ca, Mg, and Sr; (ii) isolating iridium oxide from the mixture; (iii) optionally heat treating the isolated iridium oxide. Iridium oxide (IrOx) materials which are obtainable from the process are also provided.[French] L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de matériaux d'oxyde d'iridium (IrOx).
