Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides a docking module for a two-wheeled personal vehicle which is capable of performing an assisted docking protocol to automatically lift a vehicle into a vertical position during the docking process to provide more space-efficient storage. Vehicles docked this way are securely stored until needed and can then be undocked in similarly assisted manner. The docking module achieves this using a motorized assembly that lifts a front wheel clamp up from the ground in response to a wheel sensor trigger. The lifting continues until the same wheel sensor detects proximity of the rear wheel of the vehicle, at which point the vehicle is locked into place. No lifting is required by the user, and the modular design of the dock allows installation on various anchor points.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un module d'accueil pour un véhicule personnel à deux roues qui est apte à effectuer un protocole d'accueil assisté pour soulever automatiquement un véhicule dans une position verticale pendant le processus d'accueil pour fournir un stockage plus efficace dans l'espace.
