Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a method for determining the sex of Solea senegalensis. The invention is based on the differential amplification between males and females of a region of exon 14 of the follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (fshr) gene of Solea senegalensis in order to determine sex in individuals of this species. Amplification of this region is preferably carried out using loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP). Primers for said differential amplification via LAMP are also provided.[Spanish]
Método de determinación del sexo de Solea senegalensis. La presente invención se basa en la amplificación diferencial entre machos y hembras de una región del exón 14 del gen del receptor de la hormona folículo estimulante (fshr) de Solea senegalensis para la determinación del sexo en individuos de esta especie. La amplificación de dicha región se lleva a cabo de 5 forma preferente mediante la amplificación isotérmica mediada por bucles (LAMP). También se proporcionan cebadores para dicha amplificación diferencial por LAMP.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination du sexe de Solea senegalensis. La présente invention est basée sur l'amplification différentielle entre mâles et femelles d'une région de l'exon 14 du gène du récepteur de l'hormone folliculaire stimulante (fshr) de Solea senegalensis pour la détermination du sexe chez des individus de cette espèce. L'amplification de ladite région est menée à préférablement au moyen de l'amplication isotherme médiée par les boucles (LAMP). L'invention concerne également des amorces pour ladite amplification différentielle par LAMP.
