Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a system for assisting persons who are disabled due to spine, hip and lower limb injuries, which uses a complementary support system that bypasses the damaged element, comprising: A frustoconical tubular strap (4p) which covers part of the thoracic area, a belt-strap (4w), a hip belt-strap (4h), a thigh strap (4m), a frustoconical strap (4rp) which is placed on the narrowing below the knee and rests on the upper area of the gastrocnemius or calf muscles, tibialis anterior and peroneus longus muscles, and a cover-strap of the lower area of the leg and the middle area of the foot (4pp). Some of these elements are joined and integrated together with the adjacent elements or joined by threading or by a tongue-and-groove joint by means of flat strips, corrugated strips, helical springs or springs formed by corrugated circular washers or rings that are stacked on top of one another, where all of them are actuated by pressure.[Spanish]
Sistema de ayuda para impedidos por lesiones en columna, cadera y miembros inferiores, que utiliza un sistema complementaria de apoyo que baipasea el elemento dañado, formado por: Una banda tubular troncocónica (4p) que cubre parte de la zona torácica, una banda-cinturón (4w), una banda-cinturón de cadera (4h), una musiera (4m), una banda troncocónica (4rp) que se sitúa en estrechamiento bajo la rodilla y se apoya en zona superior de los músculos gastrocnemios o gemelos, tibial anterior y peroneo lateral largo, una banda-cubierta de la zona inferior de la pierna y de la zona media del pie (4pp), estando algunos de estos elementos unidos integradas entre sí con los contiguos o unidos roscados o por machihembrado mediante unos flejes planos, unos flejes ondulados, unos muelles helicoidales o muelles formados por arandelas o coronas circulares onduladas superpuestas entre sí, todos son de actuación por presión.[French]
L'invention concerne un système d'aide pour personnes handicapées par des lésions de la colonne vertébrale, de la hanche et des membres inférieurs, utilisant un système complémentaire d’appui qui contourne l’élément endommagé, formé par : une bande tubulaire tronconique (4p) qui recouvre une partie de la zone thoracique, une bande ceinture (4w), une bande ceinture de hanche (4h), une cuissière (4m), une bande tronconique (4rp) qui se situe en rétrécissement sous le genou et vient appuyer sur une zone supérieure des muscles gastrocnémiens ou jumeaux, tibial antérieur et long péronier latéral, une bande de recouvrement de la zone inférieure de la jambe et de la zone médiale du pied (4pp), certains de ces éléments étant reliés de manière mutuellement intégrée aux éléments contigus ou reliés par vissage ou emboîtement au moyen de bandes planes, de bandes ondulées, de ressorts hélicoïdaux ou de ressorts formés par des rondelles ou des couronnes circulaires ondulées mutuellement superposées, lesdits éléments étant tous actionnés par pression.
