Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a method for desalinating a salted food product using electrodialysis, which comprises: - arranging in series multiple compartments (1, 2, 3, 4) that form a device for electrodialysis in such a way that the first compartment contains a positive electrode and the final compartment contains a negative electrode, the compartments being connected in series by connecting means, wherein the connecting means (5, 6, 7) comprise ion-separating means (10, 11, 12), - introducing a piece of food product (14) to be desalinated into a diluate (2), - applying an electric field between the two electrodes, such that an electrodialysis operation is carried out, by means of which a desalinated solution is obtained in the second compartment (2). The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method.[Spanish]
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para desalar un producto alimentario salado mediante electrodiálisis, que comprende: - disponer en serie varios compartimentos (1, 2, 3, 4) que conforman un dispositivo para electrodiálisis, tal que en el primer compartimento se dispone un electrodo positivo y en el último compartimento se dispone un electrodo negativo, - estando los compartimentos unidos en serie por medios de unión, de modo que en los medios de unión (5,6,7) se disponen medios de separación de iones (10,11,12), - introducir la pieza de producto alimentario a desalar (14) en el DILUIDO (2), - aplicar un campo eléctrico entre los dos electrodos, de modo que se lleva a cabo una operación de electrodiálisis, mediante la cual se obtiene una disolución desalinizada en el segundo compartimento (2), y a un dispositivo para llevar a cabo dicho procedimiento.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour dessaler un produit alimentaire salé par électrodialyse, qui consiste à : -disposer plusieurs compartiments en série (1, 2, 3, 4) qui forment un dispositif d'électrodialyse, de manière à disposer une électrode positive dans le premier compartiment, et une électrode négative dans le dernier, les compartiments étant reliés en série par des moyens de liaison, de manière que des moyens de séparation d'ions (10,11,12) soient disposés dans les moyens de liaisons (5,6,7), -introduire le morceau de denrée alimentaire à dessaler (14) dans le DILUÉ (2), -appliquer un champ électrique entre les deux électrodes, de manière à réaliser une opération d'électrodialyse, au moyen de laquelle une dissolution dessalée est obtenue dans le second compartiment (2). L'invention concerne également un dispositif pour réaliser ce procédé.
