The invention relates to a warning system (1) and implementation method (P1) comprising an activation module (20) implemented on an intelligent phone device (10) provided with means, such that, in the event of an alarm situation, the victim can deploy said module via the impact of various touches carried out in a maximum time (in the form of an SOS) on the front part of the mobile phone (10) and said module (20) is linked to a system for requesting assistance (30), containing a module for requesting assistance (301) and a self-powered wireless device (302), in order to perform, via a remote server (101), the functions of detecting and managing alarms and sending the necessary information to facilitate early intervention (geolocation, sound and video), primarily to protect the victims of gender-based and sexual violence.[Spanish]
Sistema de alerta (1) y un procedimiento para su implementación (P1) que comprende un módulo de activación (20) implementado en un dispositivo teléfono inteligente (10) provisto de medios, para que ante una situación de alarma la víctima pueda ejecutar dicho módulo mediante el impacto de varios toques dados en un tiempo máximo (a modo de SOS) en la parte posterior del teléfono móvil (10) y que dicho módulo (20) está vinculado a un sistema de petición de auxilio (30), que contiene un módulo de petición de auxilio (301) y un dispositivo inalámbrico autoalimentado (302), con la finalidad de realizar, mediante un servidor remoto (101), las funciones de detección y gestión de alarmas y envío de la información necesaria para facilitar una atención temprana (geolocalización, sonido y video), principalmente para proteger a las víctimas de violencia de género y sexual.[French]
L’invention concerne un système d’alerte (1) et un procédé pour sa mise en œuvre (P1) qui comprend un module d'activation (20) mis en œuvre dans un dispositif de type téléphone intelligent (10) équipé de moyens qui permettent à une victime, lorsqu’elle se trouve dans une situation d’alarme, d’exécuter ledit module par l’intermédiaire de plusieurs contacts tactiles donnés dans un temps maximal (de type SOS) dans la partie supérieure du téléphone mobile (10) ; ledit module (20) étant relié à un système de demande d’assistance (30) qui contient un module de demande d’assistance (301) et un dispositif sans fil auto-alimenté (302), dont la finalité est d’assurer, par l’intermédiaire d’un serveur distant (101), les fonctions de détection et de gestion d’alarmes et d’envoi des informations nécessaires pour garantir une intervention rapide (géolocalisation, son et vidéo), principalement pour protéger les victimes de violences associées au genre et sexuelles.
