L'invention concerne un système de bandes élastiques se distinguant par leurs différents degrés de résistance exprimés en livres et en leur équivalent en kilogrammes, et pouvant être utilisées individuellement ou combinées entre elles de manière simultanée en vue d'exercer une résistance plus ou moins importante, selon les besoins de chaque personne. Les bandes sont planes et présentent à chaque extrémité un mousqueton. Les mousquetons sont fixés à des courroies, lesquelles sont à leur tour fixées à la structure du mobilier de sport.
