Abstract[English]
The present invention discloses a decellularisation method for generating acellular extracellular matrices having a specific structure and dimensions, said method optionally including a cross-linking treatment with chemical agents. The invention discloses additional treatments for the storage or functionalisation thereof. The present invention also relates to the acellular extracellular matrices obtained by said method and to the use of said matrices, preferably in the clinical setting, for repairing damaged tissue.[Spanish]
La presente invención describe un procedimiento de descelularización para la generación de matrices extracelulares acelulares, de estructura y dimensiones específicas, que incluye opcionalmente un tratamiento entrecruzante con agentes químicos. Se describen tratamientos adicionales para su almacenamiento o funcionalización. La presente invención también se refiere a las matrices extracelulares acelulares obtenidas por dicho método y el uso de dichas matrices, preferente en la clínica, para la reparación de tejidos dañados.[French]
La présente invention décrit un procédé de décellularisation pour la production de matrices extracellulaires acellulaires, de structure et de dimensions spécifiques, qui comprend éventuellement un traitement réticulé avec des agents chimiques. Des traitements supplémentaires sont décrits pour leur stockage ou leur fonctionnalisation. La présente invention concerne également les matrices extracellulaires acellulaires obtenues au moyen dudit procédé et l'utilisation de ces matrices, de préférence en clinique, pour la réparation de tissus endommagés.
