Abstract[English]
This text concerns a medicament delivery device for expelling multiple doses of a medicament from a medicament container. It comprises a device body (5) and a container housing for accommodating a medicament container which can be mounted in a mounting step, and a main plunger rod device (7) and an auxiliary plunger rod device. Axial and rotational movements of the main plunger rod device (7) relative to the auxiliary plunger rod device are coupled. A securing mechanism is provided to rotationally secure the main plunger rod device (7) in an initial rotational position. A first partial movement of the mounting step causes an abutting of the plunger of the medicament container and the main plunger rod device (7), so as to cause a priming movement of the main plunger rod device (7). A first plunger rod guiding member (54) which is rotationally fixed to the main plunger rod device (7) to axially guide the main plunger rod device (7) comprises a structure (61) of the securing mechanism, and another structure (62) of the securing mechanism is comprised in the device body (5). The priming movement causes a releasing rotation of a first plunger rod guiding member (54) enabling rotation of the main plunger rod device (7).[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un dispositif d'administration de médicament permettant d'expulser de multiples doses d'un médicament à partir d'un récipient de médicament. Il comprend un corps de dispositif (5) et un boîtier de récipient destiné à recevoir un récipient de médicament qui peut être monté sur un étage de montage, et un dispositif de tige de piston principal (7) et un dispositif de tige de piston auxiliaire. Des mouvements axiaux et rotatifs du dispositif de tige de piston principal (7) par rapport au dispositif de tige de piston auxiliaire sont couplés.
