Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen einer Schutzbeschichtung (5) auf eine mit elektrischen/elektronischen Bauteilen (3) bestückte Leiterplatte (1), wobei ein flüssiges Schutzmittel mittels einer Düse (11) auf die Leiterplatte (1) aufgesprüht und ausgehärtet wird, um die Schutzbeschichtung (5) zu erhalten. Es ist vorgesehen, dass das Schutzmittel (5) ein Polymer und Lösungsmittel als Trägersubstanz für das Polymer aufweist, und dass das Lösungsmittel auf dem Weg von der Düse (11) zu der Leiterplatte (1) reduziert wird, um eine zumindest im Wesentlichen Lösungsmittelfreie Schutzbeschichtung (5) zu erhalten.[English]
