Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a process for preparing a hydroconversion catalyst in the form of monolayer bimetallic sulfide MMoS nanoparticles, M being a group VIIIB metal such as nickel or cobalt, from organosoluble precursors comprising metal-sulfur bonds. The present invention also relates to a process for hydroconversion of a heavy hydrocarbon feedstock using at least one ebullated-entrained hybrid bed reactor in the presence of entrained solid catalyst(s) prepared according to the process.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un catalyseur d'hydroconversion sous forme de nanoparticules de sulfure bimétallique MMoS en mono-feuillets, M étant un métal groupe VIIIB tel que le nickel ou le cobalt, à partir de précurseurs organosolubles comportant des liaisons métal-soufre. La présente invention porte aussi sur un procédé d'hydroconversion d'une charge hydrocarbonée lourde mettant en œuvre au moins un réacteur à lit hybride bouillonnant-entrainé en présence de catalyseur(s) solides entrainés préparé(s) selon ledit procédé.
