Abstract[English]
The present invention provides a GLP-1-/GIP-/amylin-receptor tri-agonist having a balanced potency ratio across all three receptors and/or having improved pharmacokinetic properties. The invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising such a GLP-1-/GIP-/amylin-receptor tri-agonist as well as their use as a medicament for the treatment of subjects with overweight, obesity and associated co-morbidity.[French]
La présente invention concerne un tri-agoniste des récepteurs GLP-1, GIP et amyline présentant un rapport de puissance équilibré sur les trois récepteurs et/ou présentant des propriétés pharmacocinétiques améliorées. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant un tel tri-agoniste des récepteurs GLP-1, GIP et amyline, ainsi que leur utilisation en tant que médicament pour le traitement de sujets présentant un surpoids, une obésité et des comorbidités associées.
