Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bauteilgruppe (2) für ein Fahrzeug sowie ein Verfahren zum Lackieren einer solchen Bauteilgruppe (2) mit Hilfe einer kathodischen Tauchlackierung, wobei die Bauteilgruppe (2), ein erstes Bauteil (4) und ein zwei- tes Bauteil (6) aufweist, die aneinander um eine sich in einer Axialrichtung (A) er- streckenden Drehachse (D) drehbar befestigt sind, wobei das erste Bauteil (4) ein Lagerloch (8) aufweist, in dem eine gegossene Lagerbuchse (10) einliegt, welche durch teilweises Umgießen des ersten Bauteils (4) ausgebildet ist, und die beiden Bauteile (4, 6) über einen durch die Lagerbuchse (10) geführten Lagerbolzen (18) verbunden sind, wobei die Lagerbuchse (10) aus Kunststoff mit darin enthaltenen leitfähigen Beimengungen ausgebildet ist, so dass über die Lagerbuchse (10) und den darin geführten Lagerbolzen (18) eine leitfähige Verbindung zwischen den beiden Bauteilen (4, 6) ausgebildet ist. Hierdurch braucht bei der kathodischen Tauchlackierung nur eines der Bauteile (4, 6) elektrisch kontaktiert werden und es ist sichergestellt, dass beide Bauteile auf einem geeigneten Spannungspotential liegen.[English]
