Die Erfindung betrifft einen Garniturträger für einen Deckelstab einer Karde, insbesondere zur Aufnahme einer Vielzahl von Zähnen, mit einer aus einem Polymer hergestellten oder ein solches umfassenden Deckschicht und einer sich daran anschließenden Unterschicht, mit einer Mehrzahl von abwechselnd übereinander angeordneten Filz- und Verstärkungsschichten, wobei die Filz- und Verstärkungsschichten der Unterschicht Fasern umfassen, die aus Polyester hergestellt sind oder ein solches umfassen. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Garniturträgers für einen Deckelstab einer Karde.[English]
The invention relates to a card clothing support for a flat bar of a carding machine, in particular for accommodating a plurality of teeth, comprising: a cover layer made of, or comprising, a polymer; and a sub-layer which adjoins the cover layer and comprises a plurality of felt layers and reinforcement layers stacked alternately, the felt layers and reinforcement layers comprising fibres made of, or comprising, polyester. L'invention concerne un support de garniture de carde pour une barre plate d'une machine de cardage, en particulier pour recevoir une pluralité de dents, comprenant : une couche de couverture constituée d'un polymère, ou comprenant celui-ci ; et une sous-couche qui est adjacente à la couche de couverture et comprend une pluralité de couches de feutre et de couches de renforcement empilées en alternance, les couches de feutre et les couches de renforcement comprenant des fibres constituées de polyester ou comprenant celui-ci.
