Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus for detecting food freshness, a controller, and a food storage device. The method includes obtaining an image of a food placed in a storage space that is acquired by a camera placed in the storage space. The method further includes obtaining gas data in the storage space that is acquired by a gas sensor placed in the storage space. The method further includes generating fused data based on the image and the gas data by using a cross-attention network. In addition, the method further includes determining freshness of the food based on the fused data. In this manner, limitations and errors caused by a single data source can be reduced, thereby improving accuracy of the determined freshness.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un procédé et un appareil de détection de fraîcheur d'un aliment, un contrôleur et un dispositif de stockage d'aliments. Le procédé consiste à obtenir une image d'un aliment placé dans un espace de stockage, qui est acquise par une caméra placée dans l'espace de stockage.
