Abstract[English] A catheter assembly (1) comprising a handle (100), a guide catheter (10) with a proximal end arranged in the handle, and a delivery catheter (20) arranged in the guide catheter and extending from the proximal end thereof. The handle comprises a housing (110, 120) and a combined control member (300) axially and rotatable attached to the housing, the combined control member having a first axial position in which the delivery catheter is axially locked relative to the housing and in which rotational movement of the combined control member causes rotational movement of the fluid delivery catheter, and a second axial position in which the fluid delivery catheter is axially free relative to the housing and thus the guide catheter.[French] L'invention concerne un ensemble cathéter (1) comprenant une poignée (100), un cathéter de guidage (10) ayant une extrémité proximale disposée dans la poignée, et un cathéter d'administration (20) disposé dans le cathéter de guidage et s'étendant à partir de son extrémité proximale.
