Abstract[English]
Filgotinib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for use in a method of treating ulcerative colitis is provided, along with methods of deciding whether to continue treating ulcerative colitis in a patient with filgotinib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt. The treatments are based on the assessment of the levels of certain predictive biomarkers in the patient having ulcerative colitis.[French]
L'invention concerne du filgotinib ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci destiné à être utilisé dans une méthode de traitement de la rectocolite hémorragique, ainsi que des méthodes permettant de décider s'il faut continuer le traitement de la rectocolite hémorragique chez un patient avec du filgotinib ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Les traitements sont basés sur l'évaluation des taux de certains biomarqueurs prédictifs chez le patient atteint d'une rectocolite hémorragique.
