The invention relates to an electrochemical cell having at least one positive electrode; at least one negative electrode; and an electrolyte composition which is in contact with the positive electrode and the negative electrode; wherein the positive electrode is produced by a solvent-free method; and the electrolyte composition comprises sulfur dioxide and at least one conducting salt. The present invention further relates to a vehicle incorporating the electrochemical cell.[French]
