Abstract[English]
A sub-assembly of a medicament delivery device for preventing accidentally triggering the medicament delivery device operation, the sub-assembly comprising a housing extending along a longitudinal axis between a proximal end and a distal end; a delivery member guard at least partially accommodated by and telescopically moveable relative to the housing; and a cap removably attachable to the proximal end of the housing, the cap having a protrusion with a proximally directed surface; the protrusion and an edge of the opening facing the protrusion in a circumferential direction provide a cam interface such that when the cap is rotated around the longitudinal axis, the protrusion is guided to move radially outwards out of the opening and so as to move the proximally directed surface away from the distally directed surface to enable the delivery member guard to be moved in the distal direction.[French]
