Dunstabzugseinrichtung zum Verbau unterhalb eines Kochfeldes oder einer Küchenarbeitsplatte sowie ein Dunstabzugssystem aus Dunstabzugseinrichtung und Kochfeld oder Küchenarbeitsplatte Dunstabzugseinrichtung (2, 3) zum Absaugen eines Wrasens (A) mit einer Dunstabzugseinheit (2) zum Verbau unterhalb eines Kochfeldes (1) oder unterhalb einer Küchenarbeitsplatte (1), wobei die Dunstabzugseinheit (2) aufweist: • eine Ansaugöffnung (21), welche ausgebildet ist, die Dunstabzugseinheit (2) entlang einer vertikalen Achse (Z) wrasenführend mit einem Bereich oberhalb des Kochfelds (1) oder der Küchenarbeitsplatte (1) zu verbinden, • wenigstens einen Lüfter (25), welcher ausgebildet ist, den Wrasen (A) von oberhalb des Kochfelds (1) oder oberhalb der Küchenarbeitsplatte (1) durch die Ansaugöffnung (21) hindurch anzusaugen, und • einen Ansaugraum (22), welcher ausgebildet ist, die Ansaugöffnung (21) wrasenführend mit dem Lüfter (25) zu verbinden, und mit wenigstens einer ersten Filtereinheit (3) mit einer Filterelementaufnahme (30) und einem Filterelement (31), wobei die Filterelementaufnahme (30) abschnittsweise als Auffangschale (30a-30d) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Ansaugöffnung (21) eine Erstreckung (C) aufweist, welche senkrecht zur vertikalen Achse (Z) orientiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Filtereinheit (3) ausgebildet ist, • in einer ersten Orientierung durch die Ansaugöffnung (21) hindurch in einer Einführrichtung (B) in den Ansaugraum (22) eingesetzt oder in einer der Einführrichtung (B) entgegengesetzten Entnahmerichtung aus dem Ansaugraum (22) entnommen und • in einer zweiten Orientierung im Ansaugraum (22) angeordnet zu werden, wobei die Auffangschale (30a-30d) ausgebildet ist, in beiden Orientierungen aufgenommene Wrasenbestandteile und/oder Flüssigkeiten zu halten.[English]
