Die Fehlerdetektion kann hierzu durch Überwachen eines Spannungsabfalls nach dem Ansteuern des Halbleiterschalters mit einem vorgegebenen Ansteuerprofil erfolgen. Zwischen dem Beginn des Ansteuerns des Halbleiterschalters und dem Beginn der Überwachung des Spannungsabfalls ist eine Blankingzeit vorgesehen, welche in Abhängigkeit der Ansteuerung des Halbleiterschalters angepasst werden kann.[English]
