Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur Reduzierung der Ziel-Geschwindigkeit eines Geschwindigkeitsreglers eines Kraftfahrzeugs beschrieben, wobei die Vorrichtung eingerichtet ist, zu bestimmen, dass die Ziel-Geschwindigkeit des Geschwindigkeitsreglers des Kraftfahrzeugs auf eine aktualisierte Ziel-Geschwindigkeit zu reduzieren ist. Die Vorrichtung ist ferner eingerichtet, Verkehrsinformation in Bezug auf den rückwärtigen Verkehr des Kraftfahrzeugs zu ermitteln und das Kraftfahrzeug in Abhängigkeit von der Verkehrsinformation zu verzögern, um die Fahrgeschwindigkeit des Kraftfahrzeugs auf die aktualisierte Ziel-Geschwindigkeit des Geschwindigkeitsreglers zu reduzieren.[English]
