Abstract[English]
Systems, methods, devices, and apparatuses are described herein for handling, positioning, and potentially implanting a tibial implant. Various embodiments may comprise a tibial implant holder featuring stabilization tracks, along with a tibial implant and a male impaction guide which may both possess corresponding stabilization flanges configured to slidably engage the holder's tracks. A potentially cannulated male impaction guide positioning screw, seated within the holder, may be adjustable to control the abutment of the male impaction guide against the tibial implant. An implant fixation screw might pass through the positioning screw and male impaction guide to engage a threaded hole within the tibial implant, thereby securing the components. Furthermore, the male impaction guide may include a vertical stem configured to mate with a vertical recess in a separate female impaction guide, which can be affixed to bone, providing stable external referencing for the assembly during implantation procedures.[French]
