A method for preparing a catalyst comprising a group VIB metal and/or a group VIII metal, and an oxide support: a) providing fines having a D90 size of less than or equal to 500 micrometers of a catalyst comprising a group VIB metal and/or a group VIII metal, and an oxide support; b) extracting a portion of the group VIB metal and/or a portion of the group VIII metal from said fines with an extraction solution comprising an acid to obtain a solution of extracted metal(s) and a leaching residue; c) preparing a mixture comprising said leaching residue obtained in step b) and an extrusion agent; d) kneading; e) optionally adding a neutralizing agent; f) shaping; g) drying.[French]
Procédé de préparation d'un catalyseur comprenant un métal du groupe VIB et/ou un métal du groupe VIII, et un support d'oxyde : a) on met à disposition de fines ayant une taille D90 inférieure ou égale à 500 micromètres d'un catalyseur comprenant un métal du groupe VIB et/ou un métal du groupe VIII, et un support d'oxyde, b) on extrait une partie du métal du groupe VIB et/ou une partie du métal du groupe VIII desdites fines par une solution d'extraction comprenant un acide pour obtenir une solution de métal/métaux extrait(s) et un résidu de lixiviation, c) on prépare un mélange comprenant ledit résidu de lixiviation obtenu à l'étape b) et un agent d'extrusion, d) on effectue un malaxage, e) on ajoute optionnellement un agent de neutralisation, f) on mets en forme, g) on sèche.
