The present invention relates to a steering column assembly (20), comprising: - a rotatable steering shaft (26) with a longitudinal axis (AX) and designed to carry a steering wheel; - a structural element (24) blocked against rotation about the longitudinal axis; - an angular blocking mechanism (40) providing cooperation between the structural element and the steering shaft in order to limit a rotation of the steering shaft, comprising: -- first and second external threads (52, 54) with opposite orientations and offset from one another longitudinally and coupled in rotation with the steering shaft; -- first and second nuts (44, 46) each comprising an internal thread (60, 61) cooperating with one of the corresponding external threads; -- means for blocking these nuts against rotation and for guiding them in longitudinal translation; -- means for limiting the longitudinal travel of the nuts.[French]
La présente invention a pour objet un ensemble de colonne de direction (20), comportant : - un arbre de direction (26) rotatif d'axe longitudinal (AX) prévu pour porter un volant; - un élément de structure (24) bloqué en rotation autour de l'axe longitudinal; - un mécanisme de blocage angulaire (40) assurant une coopération entre l'élément de structure et l'arbre de direction pour borner une rotation de l'arbre de direction, comprenant : -- un premier et un deuxième filetages extérieurs (52, 54), d'orientations opposées et décalés l'un de l'autre longitudinalement, solidaires en rotation de l'arbre de direction; -- un premier et un deuxième écrous (44, 46) comportant chacun un filetage intérieur (60, 61) coopérant avec un des filetages extérieurs correspondant; -- des moyens de blocage en rotation et de guidage en translation longitudinale de ces écrous; -- des moyens de limitation de course longitudinale des écrous.
