Die Erfindung betrifft Enzyme, die hydrolytische Aktivität auf eine Esterbindung aufweisen, vorzugsweise ausgewählt aus Lipasen und Esterasen, insbesondere Esterasen mit lipolytischer Aktivität, besonders bevorzugt Lipasen, welche kovalent mit einer heterologen Peptidsequenz verbunden sind, wobei die heterologe Peptidsequenz für ein Peptid codiert, das zur Adhäsion an eine fett- und/oder ölhaltige Oberfläche oder an eine mit Fett und/oder Öl beschichtete Oberfläche oder an eine mit mindestens einer fett- und/oder ölhaltigen Anschmutzung versehene Oberfläche geeignet ist, wobei die Oberfläche aus harten Oberflächen und/oder Textilien ausgewählt ist. Erfindungsgemäße Enzym-Peptid- Konjugate weisen eine verbesserte Reinigungsleistung an fetthaltigen Anschmutzungen auf. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung Verfahren zur Reinigung von harten Oberflächen und/oder Textilien, sowie die Verwendung solcher Enzym-Peptid-Konjugate in Wasch- und/oder Reinigungsmitteln zur Entfernung mindestens einer fett- und/oder ölhaltigen Anschmutzung, und/oder zur Verbesserung der Wasch- und/oder Reinigungsleistung an mindestens einer fett- und/oder ölhaltigen Anschmutzung.[English]
The invention relates to enzymes which exhibit hydrolytic activity on an ester bond, preferably selected from lipases and esterases, in particular esterases having lipolytic activity, particularly preferably lipases which are covalently bonded to a heterologous peptide sequence, wherein the heterologous peptide sequence encodes a peptide which is suitable for adhesion to a surface containing fat and/or oil, or to a surface coated with fat and/or oil, or to a surface which has at least one stain containing fat and/or oil, wherein the surface is selected from hard surfaces and/or textiles. L'invention concerne des enzymes qui présentent une activité hydrolytique sur une liaison ester, de préférence sélectionnées parmi les lipases et les estérases, en particulier les estérases à activité lipolytique, de manière particulièrement préférée les lipases lesquelles sont liées de manière covalente à une séquence peptidique hétérologue, la séquence peptidique hétérologue codant pour un peptide pouvant adhérer à une surface contenant de la graisse et/ou de l'huile ou à une surface revêtue de graisse et/ou d'huile, ou à une surface pourvue d'au moins une salissure contenant de la graisse et/ou de l'huile, la surface étant sélectionnée parmi les surfaces dures et/ou les textiles.
