The invention relates to a system for removing grease- or oil-containing soiling from textiles or hard surfaces, the system containing at least one sophorolipid and at least one lipase, and to a detergent or cleaning agent containing a system of this type, and to a method for removing grease- or oil-containing soiling from textiles or hard surfaces using said agents.[French]
