Abstract[English]
This invention provides methods for the production of glycosylated triterpenoids which function as endosomal escape enhancers. Specifically, the invention provides UDP glycosyltransferases (UGTs) useful for the biosynthesis of these glycosylated triterpenoid saponins. The invention also provides in vitro systems and plant extracts comprising UDP glycosyltransferases and sapofectosid precursors.[French]
La présente invention concerne des procédés de production de triterpénoïdes glycosylés qui fonctionnent en tant qu'amplificateurs de l'échappement endosomal. En particulier, l'invention concerne des UDP glycosyltransférases (UGT) utiles pour la biosynthèse de ces saponines triterpénoïdes glycosylées. L'invention concerne également des systèmes in vitro et des extraits de plantes comprenant des UDP glycosyltransférases et des précurseurs de sapofectoside.
