Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a batch method for leaching a spent catalyst comprising a metal from group VIB, and/or a metal from group VIII, and a support based on one or more oxides, characterised in that the method comprises N leaching steps, N being ≥ 2, by bringing the spent catalyst into contact with a leaching solution comprising an organic compound, wherein each leaching step is followed by a solid/liquid separation step, and wherein the method comprises the following successive steps i, i varying from 1 and N: i) bringing into contact: - the spent catalyst containing a metal content C(i-1) with - a leaching solution containing an extracted metal content S(N-i) to produce, after a solid/liquid separation step, - a spent catalyst containing a metal content C(i), and - the leaching solution containing an extracted metal content S(N-i+1), wherein C(i-1) > C(i) and S(N-i) < S(N-i+1).[French]
Procédé discontinu de lixiviation d'un catalyseur usé comprenant un métal du groupe VIB, et/ou un métal du groupe VIII et un support à base d'oxyde(s), caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé comprend N étapes de lixiviation, N étant ≥ 2, par mise en contact du catalyseur usé avec une solution de lixiviation comprenant un composé organique, chaque étape de lixiviation étant suivie d'une étape de séparation solide/liquide, le procédé comprenant les étapes successives i suivantes, i variant de 1 et N : i) on contacte : - le catalyseur usé contenant une teneur C(i-1) en métal/métaux, avec - une solution de lixiviation contenant une teneur S(N-i) en métal/métaux extrait(s), pour produire, après une étape de séparation solide/liquide, - un catalyseur usé contenant une teneur C(i) en métal/métaux, et - la solution de lixiviation contenant une teneur S(N-i+1) en métal/métaux extrait(s), dans lequel C(i-1) > C(i) et S(N-i) < S(N-i+1).
