This property can be improved, without using transition-metal-containing catalysts, by using compounds that form organic peroxoacids having a cationic group under the conditions of perhydrolysis. In these compounds, a quaternary N atom is part of a heterocyclic 6-membered group.[French] L'invention vise à améliorer la puissance de blanchiment de détergents pour lave-vaisselle automatiques à base de citrate. Cette propriété peut être améliorée, sans utiliser de catalyseurs contenant un métal de transition, en utilisant des composés qui forment des peroxoacides organiques ayant un groupe cationique dans les conditions de perhydrolyse.
