Abstract[English]
The present invention generally relates to compounds of general formula (I) inhibiting 3- phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase (hereinafter PHGDH) receptor; the invention relates to compounds, including pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and their use for the prevention and/or treatment of fibrosis, in particular idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), as sole agent or in combinations with other active ingredients, as well as to the use of pharmaceutical compositions and combinations comprising said compounds.[French]
La présente invention concerne de manière générale des composés de formule générale (I) inhibant le récepteur de la 3-phosphoglycérate déshydrogénase (ci-après PHGDH) ; l'invention concerne des composés, y compris des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci, et leur utilisation pour la prévention et/ou le traitement de la fibrose, en particulier de la fibrose pulmonaire idiopathique (FPI), en tant qu'agent unique ou en combinaisons avec d'autres principes actifs, ainsi que l'utilisation de compositions pharmaceutiques et de combinaisons comprenant lesdits composés.
