Die Erfindung betrifft eine Leiterplattenanordnung, die aufweist: eine Leiterplatte (1), die eine Oberseite (11) und eine Unterseite (12) aufweist, mindestens ein elektrisches Modul (2), das eine Oberseite (21) und eine Unterseite (22) aufweist und mit seiner Oberseite (21) an der Unterseite (12) der Leiterplatte (1) angeordnet ist, und einen Kühlkörper (3), an dem das elektrische Modul (2) mit seiner Unterseite (22) über ein Wärmeleitmaterial (4) anliegt. Dabei weist die Unterseite (22) des elektrischen Moduls (2) ein Höhenprofil (25) auf und ist zwischen der Oberseite (31) des Kühlkörpers (3) und der Unterseite (22) des elektrischen Moduls (2) ein Spalt (5) ausgebildet, in dem das Wärmeleitmaterial (4) angeordnet ist. Es ist vorgesehen, dass der Kühlkörper (3) in dem Bereich seiner Oberfläche (31), in dem das elektrische Modul (2) über das Wärmeleitmaterial (4) mit seiner Unterseite (22) anliegt, dahingehend strukturiert ist, dass die Strukturierung (35) das Höhenprofil (25) der Unterseite (22) des elektrischen Moduls (2) ausgleicht, so dass der Spalt (5) eine konstante Höhe aufweist.
