Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren, ein Fahrzeug und ein Computerprogramm, welche einen Benutzer des Fahrzeugs bei einem Scheibenwischerwechsel unterstützt. Das Verfahren erkennt eine abgeschlossene Scheibenwischerfahrt, wobei während der Scheibenwischerfahrt wenigstens einmal der Scheibenwischer benutzt wurde. Nach Abschluss der Scheibenwischerfahrt wird dem Benutzer eine Abfrage zur Scheibenwischerqualität gesendet. Wenn nach der Abfrage der Scheibenwischerqualität eine Eingabe empfangen wurde, welche die Scheibenwischerqualität als unzureichend bewertet, wird anschließend ein Hinweis an den Benutzer des Fahrzeugs zur Unterstützung des Scheibenwischerwechsels ausgegeben.[English]
The present invention relates to a method, a vehicle and a computer program which assists a user of the vehicle in changing a windscreen wiper. The method detects when a windscreen wiper journey is completed, with the windscreen wiper being used at least once during the windscreen wiper journey. After the windscreen wiper journey is completed, the user is sent a query concerning windscreen wiper quality. If, after querying the windscreen wiper quality, an input is received which evaluates the windscreen wiper quality as insufficient, a message is then issued to the vehicle user to assist in changing the windscreen wiper.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé, un véhicule et un programme informatique qui assistent un utilisateur du véhicule lors d'un changement d'essuie-glace. Le procédé reconnaît un trajet achevé avec utilisation de l'essuie-glace, au cours duquel l'essuie-glace a été utilisé au moins une fois. A la fin du trajet, une interrogation concernant la qualité de l'essuie-glace est envoyée à l'utilisateur. Lorsque, après l'interrogation concernant la qualité de l'essuie-glace, une entrée a été reçue, laquelle évalue la qualité de l'essuie-glace comme étant insuffisante, une indication est fournie à l'utilisateur du véhicule pour l'aide au changement d'essuie-glace.
