Verfahren zur Einstellung des Datenschutzes für durch ein Fahrzeug gesammelte Daten, wobei das Fahrzeug zum Sammeln von Daten mittels Sensoren konfiguriert ist und wobei das Fahrzeug eine Schnittstelle bereitstellt, mit der ein Nutzer des Fahrzeugs Datenschutzeinstellungen für die von dem Fahrzeug gesammelten Daten vornehmen kann, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst: a) Erfassen von durch den Nutzer des Fahrzeugs vorgenommenen Datenschutzeinstellungen für von dem Fahrzeug gesammelte Daten durch das Fahrzeug; b) Erfassen von Daten und Strukturieren der Daten in Form von Datensätzen durch das Fahrzeug; c) Transferieren wenigstens eines Datensatzes an eine externe Datenempfangsstelle; d) Automatisches Erstellen wenigstens eines Datenschutztokens für jeden zu transferierenden Datensatz und Assoziieren des für den jeweiligen Datensatz erstellten Datenschutztokens mit dem jeweiligen Datensatz, bevor, während oder nachdem der Datensatz von dem Fahrzeug an die externe Datenempfangsstelle transferiert wird, wobei der Datenschutztoken Informationen enthält, ob der Nutzer des Fahrzeugs einer bestimmten Verwendung des mit dem Datenschutztoken assoziierten Datensatzes zugestimmt hat.[English]
The invention relates to a method for setting the data protection for data collected by a vehicle, said vehicle being configured to collect data by means of sensors. The method has the following steps: a) by means of the vehicle, detecting the data protection set by the user of the vehicle for data collected by the vehicle; b) by means of the vehicle, detecting data and structuring the data in the form of data sets; c) transferring at least one data set to an external data receiving location; and d) automatically generating at least one data protection token for each data set to be transferred and associating the data protection token generated for each data set with the respective data set before, while, or after the data set is transferred from the vehicle to the external data receiving location, wherein the data protection token contains information regarding whether the user of the vehicle has approved of a specific use of the data set associated with the data protection token.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de réglage de la protection de données pour des données collectées par un véhicule, ledit véhicule étant configuré pour collecter des données au moyen de capteurs. Le véhicule propose une interface, au moyen de laquelle un utilisateur du véhicule peut régler la protection de données pour des données collectées par le véhicule. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a) au moyen du véhicule, détecter la protection de données réglée par l'utilisateur du véhicule pour des données collectées par le véhicule ; b) au moyen du véhicule, détecter des données et structurer les données sous la forme de jeux de données ; c) transférer au moins un jeu de données à un emplacement de réception de données externe ; et d) générer automatiquement au moins un jeton de protection de données pour chaque jeu de données à transférer et associer le jeton de protection de données généré pour chaque jeu de données au jeu de données respectif avant, pendant ou après le transfert du jeu de données du véhicule à l'emplacement de réception de données externe, le jeton de protection de données contenant des informations concernant si l'utilisateur du véhicule a approuvé une utilisation spécifique du jeu de données associé au jeton de protection de données.
