Die Dunstabzugshaube ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (2) zur Ausgabe von farbigem Licht (20) und von Weißlicht (21) ausgelegt ist und die Dunstabzugshaube (1) eine Steuereinheit (4) zum automatischen Wechseln zwischen der Ausgabe von farbigem Licht (20) und Weißlicht (21) aufweist.
