Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kunststoff-Bauteils (1), umfassend zumindest zwei plattenförmig ausgebildete Teilkörper (2.1, 2.2, 2.3), die schichtweise übereinanderliegend angeordnet sind und auf ihren einander zugewandten Seiten jeweils zumindest eine Ausnehmung (3) aufweisen, wobei die Ausnehmungen (3) gemeinsam einen Kanal (4) begrenzen und wobei die Teilkörper (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) jeweils in einem Thermoplast-Schaumspritzgieß- Verfahren hergestellt und anschließend schichtweise miteinander zum Kunststoff-Bauteil (1) verbunden werden.[English]

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un composant en plastique (1) comprenant au moins deux sous-corps en forme de panneau (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) qui sont disposés l'un sur l'autre de manière stratifiée et dont les faces mutuellement opposées présentent au moins un évidement respectif (3), les évidements (3) délimitant conjointement un passage (4), et chacun des sous-corps (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) étant produit par un procédé de moulage par injection de mousse thermoplastique et étant ensuite relié à l'autre de manière stratifiée afin de former le composant en plastique (1).
