Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a cholecystokinin (CCK) antagonist for use in the prevention and/or treatment of a vestibular disease or disorder selected from motion sickness, Meniere's disease, vestibular migraine, disembarkment sickness, labyrinthitis, vestibular neuronitis, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, and labyrinthine infarction. It also relates to a drug combination comprising a CCK antagonist and a GLP1 receptor agonist, to compositions comprising this combination, and to a CCK antagonist for use in the treatment and/or prevention of adverse side effects associated to a GLP1 receptor agonist, in a subject undergoing therapy with a GLP1 receptor agonist.[French]
La présente invention concerne un antagoniste de cholécystokinine (CCK) destiné à être utilisé dans la prévention et/ou le traitement d'une maladie ou d'un trouble vestibulaire choisi parmi le mal des transports, la maladie de Ménière, la migraine vestibulaire, le mal de débarquement, la labyrinthite, la névrite vestibulaire, le vertige paroxystique positionnel bénin, et l'infarctus labyrinthique. L'invention concerne également une combinaison de médicaments comprenant un antagoniste de CCK et un agoniste du récepteur GLP1, des compositions comprenant cette combinaison, et un antagoniste de CCK destiné à être utilisé dans le traitement et/ou la prévention d'effets secondaires indésirables associés à un agoniste du récepteur GLP1, chez un sujet subissant une thérapie avec un agoniste du récepteur GLP1.
