Abstract[English] An add-on module (2) for an injection device comprising a dispense indicator (25) visible through a viewing window (10c) in a device housing (10) and the housing defines a longitudinal axis for the injection device. The add-on module (2) comprises an optical flow sensor (8) fixated to the add-on module and configured to track movement of the dispense indicator (25) relative to the housing (10) through the viewing window (10c). A processor programmed to run an algorithm enabling optical flow computation from optical flow sensor data and wherein the add-on module (2) is adapted to be i) releasably fixated to the housing (10) and ii) axially and rotationally fixated to the housing.[French] L'invention concerne un module complémentaire (2) pour un dispositif d'injection comprenant un indicateur de distribution (25) visible à travers une fenêtre de visualisation (10c) dans un boîtier de dispositif (10) et le boîtier définit un axe longitudinal pour le dispositif d'injection.
