Ein zweites Steuerelement (120), wobei das zweite Steuerelement kreisförmig oder wabenförmig ausgestaltet ist und einen Außenring (122) umfasst und wobei das zweite Steuerelement um eine zweite Drehachse schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Ein drittes Steuerelement (130), wobei das dritte Steuerelement um eine dritte Drehachse schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Das erste Steuerelement, das zweite Steuerelement, und das dritte Steuerelement sind um eine Nullposition in einer X- Z- Ebene federbelastet verschiebbar angeordnet. Wobei das erste Steuerelement auf seiner seitlichen Stirnfläche eine erste Betätigungseinrichtung (111) aufweist.
