Abstract[English]
Disclosed is a method for digitally simulating a polymerase chain amplification of at least one target, comprising the simulation of a plurality of successive cycles of the amplification, each cycle comprising: a hybridization phase; an elongation phase; then a denaturation phase; wherein the hybridization phase comprises, for each cycle: obtaining, for the cycle, an initial value of a vector of concentrations of a plurality of nucleic acid molecules in the form of single strands; initializing a matrix of concentrations of duplexes formed by the hybridization of the plurality of nucleic acid molecules in the form of single strands; calculating the change in the matrix of concentrations during the hybridization phase by applying, to the matrix of concentrations, a matrix differential equation representing the kinetics of the duplex formation according to the concentrations of the plurality of nucleic acid molecules.[French]
Procédé de simulation numérique d'une amplification en chaîne par polymérase d'au moins une cible, comprenant la simulation d'une pluralité de cycles successifs de l'amplification, chaque cycle comprenant,: une phase d'hybridation; une phase d'élongation; puis une phase de dénaturation; dans lequel la phase d'hybridation comprend pour chaque cycle : l'obtention d'une valeur initiale pour le cycle d'un vecteur de concentrations d'une pluralité de molécules d'acide nucléique sous forme de simple brins; l'initialisation d'une matrice de concentrations de duplexes formés par l'hybridation de la pluralité de molécules d'acide nucléique sous forme de simples brins; le calcul, de l'évolution de ladite matrice de concentrations au cours de la phase d'hybridation, par l'application à la matrice de concentrations d'une équation différentielle matricielle représentant la cinétique de formation desdits duplexes en fonction des concentrations de la pluralité de molécules d'acide nucléique.
