Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Reinigung und ggf. Entfettung von Aluminiumoberflächen, insbesondere bei der Serienbehandlung von aus Aluminium gefertigten Dosenzylindern. Ein hoher Glanzgrad wird im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren bei Verwendung eines alkalischen Reinigers enthaltend neben Builder und Tensid eine Menge mindestens eines in Wasser gelösten Aluminates. Die Erfindung umfasst ebenso einen alkalischen Reiniger als Anwendungslösung, der in besonderem Maße geeignet ist, in einem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zur Anwendung zu kommen.[English]
The present invention relates to a method for cleaning and optionally degreasing aluminum surfaces, in particular during serial treatment of can cylinders made of aluminum. In the method according to the invention, a high degree of gloss is achieved when using an alkaline cleaning agent containing, in addition to a builder and a surfactant, a quantity of at least one aluminate dissolved in water. La présente invention concerne un procédé de nettoyage et éventuellement de dégraissage de surfaces en aluminium, en particulier lors du traitement en série de canettes en aluminium. Dans le procédé selon l'invention, un degré élevé de brillant est obtenu lors de l'utilisation d'un agent de nettoyage alcalin contenant, en plus d'un adjuvant et d'un tensioactif, une quantité d'au moins un aluminate dissous dans l'eau. L'invention concerne également un agent de nettoyage alcalin en tant que solution d'application, ledit agent étant particulièrement approprié pour être utilisé dans un procédé selon l'invention.
