The present invention relates to a method for the production of haploid, polyhaploid and/or doubled haploid embryos, calli, seeds and/or plants of the species Capsicum annuum from isolated microspore cultures, especially in a non-genotype dependent way, more specifically to a method comprising contacting the isolated microspores with a histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) in a double layer system.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'embryons haploïdes, polyhaploïdes et/ou haploïdes doublés, de calli, de graines et/ou de plantes de l'espèce Capsicum annuum à partir de cultures de microspores isolés, en particulier d'une manière non dépendante du génotype, plus spécifiquement un procédé comprenant la mise en contact des microspores isolés avec un inhibiteur d'histone désacétylase (HDACi) dans un système à double couche.
