Um ein Kochfeldsystem mit verbesserten Eigenschaften hinsichtlich einer Nutzungsflexibilität und/oder einem Nutzungskomfort bereitzustellen, wird ein gattungsgemäßes Kochfeldsystem (10a – 10f), insbesondere ein Induktionskochfeldsystem, mit zumindest einer Küchenarbeitsplatte (12a – 12f), welche eine Öffnung (14a – 14f) zur Absaugung von Wrasen aufweist, und mit einer Verschlusseinheit (16a – 16f) zu einem selektiven Verschließen der Öffnung (14a – 14f) vorgeschlagen.[English]
