Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Luftkissenanordnung (23), insbesondere für eine Massagefunktion, eines Sitzes (22), insbesondere Fahrzeugsitzes, mit einer Vielzahl von, insbesondere fünf, Paaren (14-18) von Rückenlehnen-Luftkissen (1-10), die in einer Rückenlehne (20) des Sitzes (22) angeordnet und einem Rückenbereich der Rückenlehne (20) zugeordnet sind, wobei die Luftkissen (1-10) zumindest im Wesentlichen spiegelsymmetrisch zu einer Längsmittelachse (24) der Rückenlehne (20) ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, und wobei in jedem Massageschritt des Verfahrens von jedem Paar (14-18) höchstens eines der Luftkissen (1-10) mit Luft beaufschlagt und entleert wird. Es ist vorgesehen, dass bei gleichzeitiger Verwendung von zumindest zwei Luftkissen (1-10) unterschiedlicher Paare (14-18) in demselben Massageschritt stets die in Bezug auf die Längsmittelachse (24) der Rückenlehne (20) auf derselben Seite angeordneten Luftkissen (1- 10) der jeweiligen Paare (14-18) mit Luft beaufschlagt und entleert werden, um ein Becken eines Benutzers des Sitzes (22) zu einer einseitigen Bewegung anzuregen.[English]
