Zur Verwertung von Teilen einer elektrisch angetriebenen Baugruppe (8) eines Kraftfahrzeugs, insbesondere ein Fahrzeugsitz (2), wobei die Baugruppe (8) eine elektrische Verstellmechanik (10) mit einem elektrischen Motor (12) sowie zumindest ein von der Verstellmechanik (10) angetriebenes mechanische Bauteil (4, 6) aufweist, wird zumindest ein Betriebsparameter (P1, P2) des Motors (12) fortlaufend erfasst und am Ende einer Lebensdauer der Baugruppe (8) wird anhand der Werte des zumindest einen Betriebsparameters (P1, P2) eine Zustandsbewertung der elektrischen Verstellmechanik (10) dahingehend durchgeführt, ob zumindest ein Teil der Verstellmechanik (10) für eine Zweitnutzung in einer weiteren elektrisch angetriebenen Baugruppe (8) geeignet ist und im Fall einer positiven Zustandsbewertung für eine Zweitnutzung wird zumindest dieser Teil der Verstellmechanik ausgewählt und bevorzugt als gebrauchtes Bauteil (42) in einer neuen Baugruppe (8) eingesetzt.[English]
The invention relates to a method for utilising parts of an electrically driven assembly (8) of a motor vehicle, in particular a vehicle seat (2), wherein the assembly (8) comprises an electric adjustment mechanism (10) having an electric motor (12) and at least one mechanical component (4, 6) driven by the adjustment mechanism (10), in which method at least one operating parameter (P1, P2) of the motor (12) is continuously measured and, at the end of a service life of the assembly (8), using the values of the at least one operating parameter (P1, P2), the state of the electric adjustment mechanism (10) is evaluated as to whether at least a part of the adjustment mechanism (10) is suitable for a second use in another electrically driven assembly (8) and, in the event of a positive state evaluation for a second use, at least this part of the adjustment mechanism is selected and preferably employed as a used component (42) in a new assembly (8).[French]
