Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Radarsensorabdeckungen, mit den Schritten: a) Charakterisieren einer Mehrzahl von Kunststoffmaterialien verschiedener Einfärbungen anhand zumindest ihrer Dielektrizitätskonstanten, b) Auswahl eines der Kunststoffmaterialien und Bestimmung einer optimalen Dicke der herzustellenden Radarsensorabdeckung in zumindest einem Radartransmissionsbereich, c) Verarbeiten des ausgewählten Kunststoffmaterials in einem Fertigungsverfahren mit einem Formwerkzeug (10), bei dem sich die Dicke der hergestellten Radarsensorabdeckung an die optimale Dicke anpassen lässt, zur Herstellung der Radarsensorabdeckung.[English]
The invention relates to a method for producing radar sensor covers, comprising the steps of: a) characterising a plurality of differently coloured plastics materials on the basis of at least their dielectric constants; b) selecting one of the plastics materials and determining an optimal thickness of the radar sensor cover to be produced in at least one radar transmission range; c) processing the selected plastics material in a manufacturing method using a mould (10), in which the thickness of the radar sensor cover produced can be adjusted to the optimal thickness, for producing the radar sensor cover.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de couvercles pour capteur radar, comprenant les étapes de : a) caractérisation d'une pluralité de matières plastiques différemment colorées à partir d'au moins leurs constantes diélectriques ; b) sélection d'un des matériaux plastiques et détermination d'une épaisseur optimale du couvercle pour capteur radar à produire dans au moins une plage de transmission radar ; c) traitement du matériau plastique sélectionné dans un procédé de fabrication à l'aide d'un moule (10), dans lequel l'épaisseur du couvercle pour capteur radar produit peut être ajustée à l'épaisseur optimale, pour produire le couvercle pour capteur radar.
