Disclosed is a method of establishing wireless communication network amongst a target group of motor vehicles including one or more motor vehicles. The method may include receiving by way of a cloud platform, a first request for establishing a wireless communication network with a target group of vehicles from a first vehicle. The method may include receiving by way of a cloud platform, a first request for establishing a wireless communication network with a target group of vehicles from at least a second vehicle, for establishing a wireless communication network with a target group of vehicles. The method further comprises establishing, by way of the cloud platform, a wireless communication network amongst the target group of vehicles, the target group of vehicles comprises the first vehicle and the at least a second vehicle and performing, by way of the cloud platform, a data exchange process between the first vehicle and the at least a second vehicle.
