Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Membrantopf eines Ultraschallwandlers mit einer Wand, die an wenigstens einem Teil eine zu Schwingungen anregbare Membran trägt. Hierbei weist der Membrantopf zumindest im Bereich der Membran an der zum Äußeren des Topfes gerichteten Seite der Wand eine Beschichtung auf. Der Kern der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Beschichtung als Lackfilm ausgestaltet ist. Dieser Lackfilm wird bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Herstellverfahren als freier Lackfilm auf den Membrantopf aufgebracht.[English]

L'invention concerne une coupelle à diaphragme pour un transducteur à ultrasons comprenant une paroi dont au moins une partie supporte un diaphragme qui peut être excité de manière à vibrer. La coupelle de diaphragme présente un revêtement sur la face de paroi faisant face à l'extérieur de la coupelle au moins dans la région du diaphragme. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le revêtement est conçu comme un film de peinture. Le film de peinture est appliqué sur la coupelle de diaphragme sous la forme d'un film de peinture libre pendant le procédé de production selon l'invention.
