Abstract[English]
A drug delivery assembly comprising a drug delivery device and a thereon mountable needle unit. The needle unit comprises a shield in which a needle hub with a needle is arranged, the shield being axially moveable between an extended position in which the shield axially covers the needle distal end, and a retracted position in which the needle distal end protrudes from the shield, the shield comprising a proximal skirt portion. The drug delivery device comprises a circumferential space adapted to receive the shield. The circumferential space and the shield skirt portion have corresponding non-circular configurations allowing the shield skirt portion to be axially received in the circumferential space in one or more pre-determined rotational mounting positions. Corresponding coupling means on the hub respectively the drug delivery device allows needle unit to be mounted on the drug delivery device in any of the pre-determined rotational positions.[French]
La présente invention concerne un ensemble d'administration de médicament comprenant un dispositif d'administration de médicament sur lequel peut être monté un ensemble aiguille. L'ensemble aiguille comprend un dispositif de sécurité dans lequel est agencée une embase d'aiguille avec une aiguille, le dispositif de sécurité étant axialement mobile entre une position déployée dans laquelle le dispositif de sécurité recouvre axialement l'extrémité distale de l'aiguille, et une position rétractée dans laquelle l'extrémité distale de l'aiguille dépasse du dispositif de sécurité, le dispositif de sécurité comprenant une partie jupe proximale. Le dispositif d'administration de médicament comprend un espace circonférentiel conçu pour recevoir le dispositif de sécurité. L'espace circonférentiel et la partie jupe de sécurité ont des conceptions non circulaires correspondantes permettant à la partie jupe de sécurité d'être axialement reçue dans l'espace circonférentiel dans une ou plusieurs positions de montage en rotation prédéfinies. Des moyens d'accouplement correspondants sur l'embase, respectivement, du dispositif d'administration de médicament permettent à un ensemble aiguille d'être monté sur le dispositif d'administration de médicament dans l'une quelconque des positions de rotation prédéfinies.
